EasyOPD may rely on third‑party infrastructure providers (for example, hosting, email delivery or payment processors such as Gumroad). These providers process limited data as needed to deliver the service (for example, sending purchase confirmation emails).

We keep your account and clinic data for as long as your account is active. If you stop using EasyOPD and would like your data removed, you can contact us and we will delete your account data within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal obligations.

If you are an EasyOPD customer, you can contact us to request a copy of your account data or to request deletion of your account. For any patient‑specific requests, your patients should contact your clinic directly as you are the data controller for those records.
