1. Who EasyOPD is for

EasyOPD is designed for small outpatient clinics and doctors who want a simple way to manage appointments, patients, and billing. You are responsible for making sure that using EasyOPD is appropriate for your clinic and compliant with local laws and medical regulations.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account in EasyOPD.

3. Use of the service

You agree not to misuse EasyOPD. In particular, you agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or fraudulent purpose.
• Upload content that is abusive, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
• Attempt to interfere with or reverse engineer the service.

4. Payments and refunds

Payments for EasyOPD are processed via Gumroad at our product page. The price, billing frequency (monthly or yearly), and any refund policy are displayed on the Gumroad checkout page. If we offer refunds, they will be processed according to the policy shown at the time of purchase.

5. Data and backups

We aim to keep EasyOPD available and your data safe, but no online service can be guaranteed 100% reliable. You are responsible for keeping any additional backups or exports of critical clinic information if required for your records.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

EasyOPD is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not make any guarantees about uptime, fitness for a particular purpose, or that the service will be error‑free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, BuildHubs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of EasyOPD. Our total liability for any claim related to the service will be limited to the amount you paid for EasyOPD in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where reasonable, notify you by email or in the product.
